Child Safety and Photography
1. Flash photography as well as videotaping of dancers in motion is strictly forbidden at all times, with the exception of sanctioned representatives of the host organization and videos taken only during the parade of champions at championship events.

2. Anyone caught taking flash photographs or videos may be escorted from the premises immediately.

3. Flash photographs may be taken only during awards ceremonies.

4. Candid photos or videos may only be taken by the event photographer or parents/legal guardians of any minors in the             photo.

Social Media Policy
1. Members, teachers and parents associated with RTN will act with dignity, respect and kindness on all social media outlets and forums and refrain from using negativity, bullying or name calling towards anyone in RTN or in other organizations.

2. Parents need to continually monitor their children's and their own social media pages to ensure the privacy of other people is being respected.

(a) If a minor/fellow dancer is in the picture, and/or if private photo is tagged, it must be done with the permission of the minor's parent/legal guardian/fellow student and all content must be appropriate for families.

3. When minors are preparing to dance (whether in performance or at competitions) and are provided a location away from their parents or guardians, the hosting organization/group must make reasonable attempts for the dancers to be monitored and to keep strangers out of the dancers' areas.
