Events are held and run by RTN affiliated schools and/or RTN board members. By attending any said events, all dancers, parents/guardians and attendees release and hold harmless Rince Tuatha Nua/RTN, it’s members, board, associates and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Rince Tuatha Nua its owners and operators, while observing/participating in/watching any virtual/live online/digital content produced by Rince Tuatha Nua, or in route to or from any of said premises.
